Allsorts - Use a butterfly

Mornng,
time for a new challenge at Allsorts and this time we want you to use a butterfly. I used lots of them by stamping and gold embossing them to white paper distressed with Milled Lavender, Victorian Velvet, Tumbled Glass and Vintage Photo.

And for those of you wondering about my sewing project last week, I went to a hen party that included pole dancing and I figured a nude suit would be the perfect outfit for that :). So this is a picture of the lovely bride to be :)

Allsorts - banner or flag

Morning all,
this week at Allsorts the theme is "Use a banner or a flag".
I have used the image  Rosebud  from A passion for Stamps when creating my banner. Punched out with a punch from Stampin´Up and fastened on green ribbon.

Allsorts- Strawberries and Cream

Morning,
this past week has been dreadfully dull weatherwise, but since the garden wasn't really an option I got some indoor things done instead; I baked nutella cupcakes and peanut butter cookies, I sewed a dress, some leggings and a nude costume (don't ask), I worked on my faction reputation in World of Warcraft and I prepainted lots of images for future DT work. A rather productive week :)

But hopefully the sun and warmth will return next week and I can again just sit away the days on the patio, relaxing and eating strawberries :) That is by the way the theme for our next challenge at Allsorts - Strawberries and Cream.

I made another CAS card, it's a two week streak now, scary! And of course I can't remember where the digi image comes from...

Allsorts - How does your garden grow

Morning,
hope you all are enjoying yourselves in the sun. Before I head out I wanted to share with you my contribution to this week's challenge at Allsorts, themed How does your garden grow. And trust me - here it does!

I have a gorgeous rhododendron in front of the house and that inspired me to make this CAS card, using a digi from A passion for Stamps.

Allsorts - Ocean

Obviously my scheduled post didn't work properly cause this was supposed to go live yesterday :(.
Anyhow, yesterday was my turn to host the challenge at Allsorts and I set the theme to Blue as the Ocean. Free for your interpretation - it can be the colour blue, water, boats or beaches, check out the design team's creation for inspiration.
I made a pirate card using a Edwin image from Magnolia, sentiment computer generated.

Other challenges:

simply magnolia - anything goes
time for magnolia challenge - to the beach
midweek magnolias - anything goes

The Sugar Bowl - anything goes

Today it is time for a new challenge over at the Sugar Bowl. The theme is anything goes so don't hesitate to take out one of those gorgeous Sugar Nellie stamps and craft away.
I actually didn't even use a stamp and that is ok too :), I used a topper from the kit Summer joy. Funky kits naturally has the stamp - called Photographer - as well. But toppers are really nice for those nice and quick cards - or if you're just feeling lazy ;)

Allsorts - use a stamp

It is so nice that summer has finally arrived here in the north of Sweden. Yesterday was, all of a sudden, a day when the temperature went from +10 degrees to +20. It was amazing!

So today will be a garden day, but first this week's challenge at Allsorts, we want you to use a stamp, not a digi stamp but a regular one. So I took out a Magnolia (Tilda with peony) and made a lavender card with a summery feeling.

Other challenges:
Midweek Magnolias - anything goes
Tildas town - summer
polkadoodles - frame it

Allsorts - Flower Power

Morning,
summer holidays are here even though the weather is not really co-operating. So to cheer up the situation the challenge is Flower Power at Allsorts.
I chose a gorgeous image topper from Scrapberry's together with a sentiment that I embossed with vintage embossing powder from Reprint. Clean and simple.
Sponsoring us this week is Let's Create, run by our talented team mate Jo.
